Fee Policy

This “Fee Policy” sets out fees for our different services. Unless stated otherwise in your agreement with us, the following rates govern transactions processed with us. Any changes to these fees will be governed by, and communicated to you, as stated in your agreement with us.

These rates are not inclusive of additional fees we may incur due to serving as your fiscal sponsor and processing your donations. Additional fees may include—but are not limited to—returned check fees, equivalency determination fees, and dispute handling fees.

Standard Fiscal Sponsorship

Our standards fiscal sponsorship, or “501c3 as a Service,” costs 8% per donation processed. This rate is inclusive of payment processing fees.

Corporate Charity Arm Fiscal Sponsorship

For our corporate clients using our services to establish philanthropic funds, we charge a flat 4% per donation processed. This rate is inclusive of payment processing fees.
