It is $15 a month to use our technology plus 2.2% + $0.30 for credit card processing fees and a 1% platform fee. Additionally, CharityStack deducts any fees directly from your donations. 70% of donors cover all fees.

Once you’re set up, payouts arrive in your bank account on a 2-day rolling basis. Payouts are typically provided in batched payments and are recorded in our unified dashboard.

CharityStack processes donations through a PCI Level 1 certified provider for maximum data security. This means all your data and customer information is ultra secure. We work directly with our own payment facilitator, which means no one else has access to your data.
